Pet Policy
- Large dogs and cats welcome
- Two pets per apartment
- $50 monthly pet rent (per pet)
- No pet deposit
- Breed restrictions apply
- $300 Pet Admin. Fee
Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Siberian Husky and other similar dogs known for their aggression. Mixed breeds that include a portion of the above breeds will not be allowed.
