- Weight Limit 70 lbs (lower floor); 30 lbs (upper floors)
- Breed Restrictions Apply
- $35 monthly pet rent (per pet)
- $300 Pet Admin. Fee
Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Dalmatian, Siberian Husky, and other similar dogs known for their aggression. Mixed breeds that include a portion of the above breeds are not allowed.
