- Two pets maximum
- Weight limit 75 pounds (1st floor), 50 pounds (2nd floor)
- Breed restrictions apply
- $35 monthly pet rent (per pet)
- $300 Pet Admin. Fee
Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, Wolf-hybrid, and other similar dogs known for their aggression. Mixed breeds that include a portion of the above breeds are not allowed.
