An ideal candidate has:
- Class A Property Management experience
- Experience with initial lease-up and stabilization
- Ability to address the concerns of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office/G-Suite/MRI
